24th Mar 2026 - there is a known issue with address lookup API - due to our 3rd party provider unexpectedly suspending their service to all clients following a dispute with Royal Mail. The Orchid Live team are looking into an alternative solution to swap to a different address lookup API. Expected resolution w/c 20th May.

28th April 2026 - Investigating: Issue with assessment builder action buttons
We are aware of an issue where the Send, Open, and Copy buttons are not appearing for Assessment Builder assessments. Our team is currently working on an urgent fix.
