19th Feb 2026 - there is a known issue with address lookup API - due to our 3rd party provider unexpectedly suspending their service to all clients following a dispute with Royal Mail. The Orchid Live team are looking into an alternative solution to swap to a different address lookup API. Expected resolution w/c 9th March.
